Benson Revenue markets services that are intended to create additional booked opportunities from existing lead data. Results depend on the individual business, the quality of its lead base and the terms of the specific project.
No general earnings promise
Unless a signed or otherwise accepted client proposal expressly includes a Performance Guarantee, statements on this website about lead reactivation, revenue opportunity, bookings or business growth are descriptions of the service objective, not a promise that a particular business will achieve a specific amount of revenue, profit, customers or appointments.
Express project guarantees
Benson Revenue may offer a client-specific Guaranteed Booking Target. When it does, the exact target, campaign period and any additional qualification criteria are written into that client's proposal.
For the standard guarantee definition, a Booked Appointment is one unique lead or contact from the client's provided lead base who books a confirmed appointment in the client's designated calendar as a result of the agreed campaign. What happens after the appointment is booked, including attendance, purchase decisions, closing rate, average order value and revenue, depends on the client and the prospect and is not controlled by Benson Revenue.
If an express Guaranteed Booking Target is not reached, the contractual refund terms are governed by the accepted proposal and the Benson Revenue Terms & Conditions.
No case studies presented as current proof
As of the date shown on this page, Benson Revenue does not publish client case studies or historical earnings examples on this website. If case studies or quantitative results are published in the future, they will be identified as specific past outcomes and should not be understood as typical or guaranteed results unless explicitly stated otherwise and supported by the applicable guarantee.
Business factors matter
Campaign results can be affected by the size, age and quality of the lead database, prior opt-outs, the service being offered, pricing, seasonality, available appointment times, market conditions, the client's sales process and the client's cooperation with the campaign.
Questions
If a proposal contains a performance guarantee, review the exact definition and target in that proposal before accepting the project. Questions can be sent to jay@bensonrevenue.com.
