This Privacy Policy explains how Benson Revenue processes personal data when you visit this website, contact us or book a call.
1. Controller
Jérôme Alexander Bensinger, trading as Benson Revenue
Eosanderstraße 28
10587 Berlin
Germany
Email: jay@bensonrevenue.com
No data protection officer has been appointed because there is currently no legal requirement to do so.
2. Website hosting and technical access data
The website is hosted using Base44. When the website is accessed, technical data may be processed to deliver the site securely and reliably. This can include IP address, date and time of access, device and browser information, requested resources and technical log data.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient operation of the website. Base44, Inc. acts as a service provider and processor where it processes personal data on our behalf. Base44 states that its DPA provides safeguards for international transfers, including recognised adequacy mechanisms, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
3. Domain and DNS services
The domain is registered through GoDaddy. Depending on the DNS configuration, technical connection data may be handled by domain or DNS infrastructure providers when your browser resolves the website address. This processing is necessary to make the website reachable and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Google Calendar appointment scheduling
The embedded booking calendar is provided by Google. It is not loaded automatically. The Google Calendar interface is only loaded after you actively allow it through the booking section or the Privacy Settings.
When you allow the integration, your browser connects to Google. Google may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information and may access or store information on your device. The consent basis for loading the integration is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with Section 25(1) TDDDG where that provision applies. You can withdraw your consent at any time through Privacy Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
If you then book a call, Google processes the details you enter in the appointment form, such as your name, email address and booking information. Benson Revenue receives the information required to organise the requested call. Processing by Benson Revenue is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the booking relates to steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and otherwise on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for handling business inquiries.
5. Google Workspace, Gmail and Google Meet
Benson Revenue uses Google Workspace for business email, calendar functions, Google Meet and internal business records. If you email us, book a call or communicate with us through Google services, the information you provide may be processed within Google Workspace. Google provides contractual data processing terms for Workspace customers.
The legal basis depends on the context. Contract and pre-contract communications are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General business communication and administration may be processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Direct email inquiries
If you contact us by email, we process the information contained in your message, your contact details and any information you voluntarily provide. We use it to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a business relationship. We do not require sensitive personal data for ordinary inquiries and ask that you do not send such data unless specifically requested.
7. Cookies, local storage and tracking
This website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking or similar advertising analytics tools. A small local storage entry may be used to remember whether you allowed or disabled the Google Calendar integration. This preference is used only to remember your privacy choice. Third-party storage or similar technologies used by Google can only be triggered after you allow the Google Calendar integration.
8. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be processed by service providers that support the website and business operations, including Base44 for website hosting and platform services and Google for Workspace, Gmail, Calendar and Meet. We only use service providers where there is a lawful basis and, where required, appropriate data processing terms are in place.
9. International data transfers
Some service providers are based in, or may process data in, the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognised transfer mechanism. You can request further information about the safeguards that apply to a specific processing activity.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable legal retention obligations. Business communications and contractual records may be retained for the periods required under German commercial and tax law. Booking and inquiry data that is not needed for a continuing business relationship is deleted when it is no longer required, subject to legal retention and documentation duties.
11. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, receive data you provided in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time for future processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for Berlin-based private businesses is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany, email: mailbox@datenschutz-berlin.de.
12. Automated decision-making
We do not use this website to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when the website, our service providers or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
